The Project ‘RIDE – Reach Inclusion through Digital Empowerment for migrant women” aims at including migrant and refugee women into the digital labour market by giving them the possibility to re-skill or upskill in the digital sector through specially designed training courses enabling them to start working.
A major part of the project is dedicated to preparing them for the labour market in the host country and raising awareness of women rights in the host society.
Facilitated by The Code to Change
The training course is facilitated by The Code to Change, a Tech Academy located in Amsterdam and active in supporting underrepresented groups in the technology sector.
The Language of Instruction is English.
Participation is free of charge.
The social inclusion sessions and IT sessions will be delivered virtually.
This whole training will be based on hands-on practice, completely interactive, and highly result-oriented. After completion of this training, trainees will be able to work as Virtual Assistant and will gain an understanding of using different software and tasks associated with them.
The course is co-funded by the European Union AMIF Program.
