Partner with us to contribute to diversity and inclusion in the technology sector!

The Code to Change addresses the gender divide in the technology sector through bridging the skills gap. We are proud to share that our last year’s e-skills bootcamp graduates and mentees have since started new tech projects, are building new apps and are pursuing exciting new employment opportunities in the technology sector.

The Digital Revolution has changed, and is still changing, the world we live in. In future, ninety percent of jobs will demand digital skills. By 2020 there will be close to a million unfilled jobs in the EU. With unemployment across Europe reaching 10 percent, eliminating the e-skills deficit will bring innovation, growth and new opportunities.

With our The Code to Change programme we focus on women. Only 20 percent of the 2.7 million people working in the technology sector are female. Women also disproportionally leave the ICT sector as they progress in their careers.

It is now widely accepted that gender-balanced and diverse teams perform better, deliver better results and have more sustainable long-term performance.

The Code to Change programme aims at bridging the skills gap to ensure innovation and growth by updating the skills of the existing talent pool. The Code to Change 3-day event (e-skills bootcamp and conference) introduces highly competent professional women to the digital skills required to succeed in the job market. We also host regular career development and technical track events for our newcomers-in-tech and women-in-tech communities.
